An initiative that supports young black female creatives actualise their creative ideas e.g. through providing equipment (rental service), or content creation services. Its aim is to help improve representation within the creative industries through collaboration. By collectively producing content, each team member builds their practical experience and portfolios, increasing their likelihood to be employed within the creative industries. Since launching in 2017, after pitching to and winning a financial investment of £2,000 from TEDxPeckham, Daughter House have helped post-produce 3 major video projects.
